POLICY - Working with children
the infant trust does not undertake work with individual children but does work with and support partner organisations that have direct dealings with children. In order to ensure the greatest safety for children the infant trust aims to ensure that all its partner organisations adhere to what is considered to be best practice and, where ever possible, is compliant with best UK practice as well as following the guidelines of best practice in the country of work.
This policy was reviewed and agreed at a meeting of the Board in June 2009. It will be reviewed again in 2010.
